When you take the free assessment, we collect the answers you provide about your business and the contact details you enter at the end — your name, work email, and company. We collect this so we can send you your results and follow up about how AI might help your business.
Like most websites, we also collect basic technical and usage data automatically — for example, pages visited and general device/browser information — through analytics (see "Analytics and cookies" below).
How we use your information
- To generate and send you your assessment results, including the ROI estimate.
- To contact you about your assessment and about new Mantra's services.
- To send occasional emails — such as a newsletter or relevant updates about AI solutions — which you can opt out of at any time.
- To operate, understand, and improve our website and services.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business (below), and only as needed to provide our services.
Service providers
We use trusted third-party tools to operate the site and follow up with you. These currently include HubSpot (to store your contact details and manage communications), Google Analytics (website measurement), Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), and Anthropic (which powers the assessment). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.
Email and how to opt out
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking unsubscribe or emailing us at mantra@new-mantra.com. We honor opt-out requests promptly.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. This may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site remains usable without them.
Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business purposes, then delete or anonymize it. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email mantra@new-mantra.com and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
