What Salesforge does
Salesforge is a cold outreach platform built around two things: getting emails into inboxes and turning outreach into booked meetings. At its core is Agent Frank, an AI sales development representative (SDR) that can find prospects, write personalised messages, follow up, and book meetings without a human in the loop for every step.
The platform handles email and LinkedIn outreach from a single dashboard. It includes built-in email warm-up (via Warmforge) to protect sender reputation, unlimited mailbox connections, and a unified inbox called Primebox that pulls replies from email and LinkedIn into one place. Sequences can be conditional, meaning the next step changes based on how a prospect responds.
Salesforge connects to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, and Slack, and also supports Zapier, webhooks, and its own API. Email infrastructure — domains and mailboxes — is purchased separately through companion products (Mailforge, Infraforge, or Primeforge), or you can connect your own.
Key capabilities
AI SDR (Agent Frank)
Agent Frank prospects, writes outreach, follows up, and books meetings autonomously. It can work alongside a human sales team or run campaigns independently.
Email deliverability solutions
Built-in warm-up through Warmforge uses a pool of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes to build sender reputation. Mailbox health monitoring is included at no extra charge.
Multi-channel outreach
Campaigns can reach prospects via cold email and LinkedIn from one dashboard, with automated follow-ups across both channels.
Unified reply management
Primebox consolidates email and LinkedIn replies in one place, capturing responses even when a prospect replies from a different address.
Lead sourcing
A connected solution called Leadsforge provides access to a database of verified B2B contacts for building prospect lists.
CRM and workflow integration
Native integrations include HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, and Slack, with broader connectivity available via API, Zapier, or webhooks.
Best for
- Sales teams running high-volume cold outbound who want to reduce manual prospecting and follow-up work
- Businesses that struggle with email deliverability and want warm-up and inbox monitoring built into their outreach stack
- Agencies managing outreach across multiple clients who need to scale campaigns quickly without adding headcount
- Teams wanting to combine human-led and AI-led outreach in the same platform rather than stitching together separate solutions
- Organisations already using HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce who need outbound tooling that feeds directly into their CRM
Worth knowing
- Cost starts at $499/month (billed annually) for Agent Frank at around 1,000 active contacts, and email infrastructure is an additional cost on top — budget accordingly before evaluating.
- Implementation is estimated at one to two weeks, which is realistic but still requires setup time for domains, mailboxes, warm-up, and sequence configuration.
- Email infrastructure (domains and mailboxes) is not included in the base price; you purchase it separately through Salesforge's companion products or bring your own.
- If your outreach volume is low or your sales process is primarily inbound or relationship-driven, the platform's depth and price point may be more than you need.
- Agent Frank requires a demo booking before you can get started — you cannot self-serve the AI SDR on a free trial, so factor in that evaluation step.
How Salesforge compares
Cold-outbound solutions split between AI SDR agents that do the prospecting and platforms that give your own team the sending and deliverability plumbing. Salesforge sits on both sides: Agent Frank on top of warm-up and unlimited mailboxes.
vs AiSDR
AiSDR is also an AI SDR, with per-prospect research, email and LinkedIn sequences, two-way HubSpot and Salesforce sync, and a month-to-month Solo plan at $250. Salesforge puts more weight on email deliverability — warm-up, unlimited mailboxes and a unified inbox — from $499 (annual). Choose AiSDR for researched outreach you can test cheaply; Salesforge for high-volume cold email.
vs Reply.io
Reply.io is a multichannel sequencer — email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp — with domains, mailboxes and warm-up inside the platform, and its Jason AI SDR as an option from $500 a month. Salesforge centres on its agent across email and LinkedIn. Choose Reply.io for more channels; Salesforge if the agent is the point.
vs Smartlead
Smartlead gives your own team the cold-email plumbing — unlimited mailboxes, warm-up, sender rotation and a master inbox — from $39 a month, with AI agents as an assist rather than an autonomous SDR. Choose Smartlead if your reps write and send the campaigns; Salesforge if you want Agent Frank doing the prospecting and follow-up.
vs Instantly
Instantly is a cold-email platform with unlimited sending accounts, warm-up and a unified inbox, from $37.60 a month (annual), with its lead database sold as an add-on. Salesforge adds LinkedIn outreach and an autonomous AI SDR. Choose Instantly for email-only volume run by your own team; Salesforge if you want an agent working both channels.
