Krisp runs as a desktop app that sits between your microphone and any calling platform — Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or any VoIP dialer. In real time it filters out background noise, echo, and crosstalk before your voice reaches the other side. Because the processing happens on your device, audio doesn't need to leave your machine for the noise-cancellation piece.
Beyond audio cleanup, Krisp's AI meeting assistant handles transcription and recording during calls, then automatically produces a summary and action items when the meeting ends. Notes and tasks can be pushed to solutions like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Slack rather than being copied and pasted manually. You can also ask follow-up questions of the transcript directly inside Krisp instead of moving content to a separate AI chat solution.
Before a meeting, Krisp can suggest an agenda based on previous conversations and send on-time reminders. It supports transcription in 16 languages and lets you add up to 750 custom vocabulary terms — useful if your team uses industry jargon, acronyms, or product names that generic transcription solutions tend to mangle.
