What Prezi does
Prezi is a presentation platform built around a zoomable canvas rather than a stack of static slides. You can describe what you need and let the AI draft a presentation, or import slides you already have — PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, PDF or Word files, including decks made in ChatGPT — and restyle them on the canvas. The point of the canvas is movement between ideas: zooming in on detail and back out to the big picture, which suits presenters who want the structure of an argument to be visible.
The newer half of the product is about what the audience does. Live polls, quizzes and Q&A sit inside the presentation, and people join from their phones by scanning one QR code, with no app or account. Questions can be collected before, during and after a session and upvoted by the audience, and the same interactions work for people in the room, on a call, or both. That replaces the separate polling tool, form builder and screen recorder many presenters juggle alongside a deck.
After a session the presentation becomes a shareable link that people can revisit as slides, a narrated video, a podcast-style audio version or a transcript, with quizzes generated from the content for self-checking. Prezi reports quiz and poll results by question, the questions people asked, and end-of-session feedback, and it exports to an LMS via SCORM — which is why trainers, teachers and onboarding teams are a core audience alongside business presenters.

Describe the presentation and the AI drafts it, or import PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, PDF and Word files and keep working from there. Chat-based refinement lets you rework a draft rather than start again.
Zoomable canvas

Worth knowing
- Pricing for individuals, billed annually, is $7 a month for Standard, $19 for Plus and $29 for Premium; Teams is $39 per user per month. Monthly billing costs more than those annual rates, and annual plans are paid up front, so check the refund terms before buying.
- The free Basic plan is genuinely usable — it includes 500 AI credits a month — but presentations on it are public by default and PDF export needs Plus or above. Anything client-confidential belongs on a paid plan.
- Unlimited AI use, PowerPoint import, the desktop app and offline access start at Plus, and viewer analytics start at Premium, so price the plan that has the features you need rather than the entry tier.
- The zooming format is the product's signature and also its main adoption question. Some audiences and organisations expect conventional slides; try it on a real session before standardising a team on it.
- If you only need to produce a static deck quickly and never run polls, Q&A or follow-up review, a prompt-to-deck generator or your existing slide tool may cover the job for less.
